Accommodation

Novara is a middle town in Norht Italy and does not have a big single hotel to host all the delegations. All the competitors, officials will be hosted in many hotels in the city or in the countryside.

REGISTRATION

In the mail you should specify the person in charge of accommodation for your delegation and the official e-mail address where to send user ID and password.

User ID and password will be used to access the secured area and book accommodation, transportation and kendo practice time.

The number of athletes and official that will take part at this championships is very large.

For this reason, and due to the fact that we have different hotels and solutions available, we are going to offer accommodation according to the following structure.

ACCOMMODATION SOLUTIONS

There are five solutions:

For all these solutions we are going to offer also: transportation to/from all the official events of the Championships, transportation to/from gyms for practice, transportation to/from the sayonara party, information desk on site.

We offer a choice of 2 packages:

• 4 nights (from Thursday night to Monday)

or

• 5 nights (from Wednesday night to Monday) – this one is the most usual and normal period of stay of the delegations.

Prices offered for all the solutions include Bed and Breakfast for the period (4 or 5 nights) and Lunches during the 3 day ot the championships.

• Extra-night: If you plan to arrive earlier or leave later you can calculate your cost using the extra-nights fare.

  • Not all hotels apply same prices for extra nights - subject to changes

• Half-board: Some Hotels do not offer half board solution but we are arranging a self service solution for dinner so please tick the box “half board” if you would like to have dinner organized by hotel or CIK.

Some more details on the solutions offered:

• 4 stars accommodation in Novara – accommodation will be in single, double or triple room according to availability. All the hotels are located close to the center of Novara

• 3 stars accommodation in Novara - accommodation will be in single, double or triple room according to availability, also a few rooms composed of four people will be available

• Hostel solution – near Novara a very low cost solution available under request. Hostel style accommodation and meals will be near the Sportshall

• 4 stars accommodation near Novara – this accommodation will be in a very touristic town near Novara (30/40 minutes from the Sportshall) located on the Lake Maggiore – practice will be granted in the same town and transportation to the official events will be offered by CIK.

   

SAYONARA PARTY

Tickets for Sayonara part cost 35 euro

Reservation and payments for sayonara party can be done together with reservation and payments of accommodation.
