CITY OF NOVARA

With the World Kendo Championships, the support given by the City of Novara to Kendo has reached its peak. Many Kendo, Iaido and Jodo events have already taken place in Novara and its neighborhoods, with success and satisfaction of organizers and participants.

Turismo Novara

The Local Tourist agency of the Province of Novara has the role of organising actvities of welcoming, informing and promoting tourism locally. It started life in particular with the intention of providing assitance to visitors, promoting and carrying out initiatives aimed at forming an aprreciation of local tourism resources as well as gatherings and events to attract tourists and make their stay pleasant.

ACER

Since its inception in 1976, Acer is striving to achieve the goal of breaking the barriers between people and technology. Acer is a Worldwide Partner of the Olympic Movement, has supported the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver and is staging the London 2012 Olympic Games. We are proud and glad to have Acer with us, supporting data processing and information display of the 15°World Kendo Championships in Italy.

CONSORZIO GORGONZOLA

Gorgonzola cheese was recently acknowledged as and recorded by the European Community among 'PDO' products on June 12, 1996 by the EEC Reg. no. 1107/96. Appointed and supervised by the Italian Government, in 1970 a Consortium for the protection of Gorgonzola cheese was created watching over the full compliance with and enforcement of national and international legislation protecting gorgonzola's designation of origin.

When speaking of sports in Italy, it’s impossible to forget Legea. A sportswear company founded in 1990, in Pompei, Legea is one of the most popular brands among Italian amateur football teams, now heavily expanding to professional clubs. Legea is also present in other sports, such as athletics, basketball, volley, rugby, to name a few only. Legea is a long time partner of CIK for Kendo, Iaido and Jodo national teams apparels
